Rhythm & Roots Music & Dance Entertainment
is a company that was founded in 2001 by Vladimir Aranda, which mainly specialised in dance instruction and the promotion of dance entertainment and musicians.
With a long list of performances and lessons in different venues, clubs, festivals, and film sets,
R&R has produced or co-produced several events with local and international acts.
R&R Resources were crucial to facilitate the creation of Xtravganza Show with choreography , costumes and entertainers.
Xtravaganza has performed in the most important festivals and events such as:
Closing act at the Belleville Jazz fest, Pan American Fest, CNE, Salsa on St Clair, Salsa at Blue Mountain, Mississauga fest, Opening act for Jacob Forever concert
Won first place best group of the year 2014 at Caribbana representing Carnival Nationz
and has become the premier Canadian Latin theme show dance company in Canada..

Turning a Vision into Reality
Working for 29 years as a professional dancer, teacher, choreographer, and producer, stepping in to a musical conservatory by the early age of 9 years,
Vlad has always been involved with music,
Won several competitions in the Pro category 1994,
Performed and shared the stage with Vitor Manuel, NG La banda, DLG, Jazz artist Jane Bunnett, Instructed dance for a month on the Tv Show Salsa Plus TLN network
In 2001 founded the company Rhythm & Roots.
Named twice best dance teacher of Toronto by TO Now Magazine, Worked with the Cuban ministry of Culture bringing students for formal dance training in Cuba, Has danced in film sets with Bette Midler That old feeling and Antonio Banderas Take the lead.
Eventually working directly with club venues as an artistic director, adviser and promoter.
Became Vocalist of Salsa band "Changui Havana"
2014 he saw the need to provide an opportunity for local dancers to perform and founded a second company Xtravaganza Show, He wanted to rescue the Cuban Cabaret style of shows that had been missing locally for a few years, and ever since he's been introducing dancers into the local industry.

For over 20 years, Cuban, Pablo Terry continue to provide entertainment for Festivals, Corporate Events, Private Parties, Clubs, Hotels and Restaurants across the GTA, in Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal. Led by flautist Pablo Terry, Sol de Cuba plays a wide range of musical genres: Latin, Cuban Salsa, Cha Cha Cha, Mambo, Guaguanco, Brazilian Samba, Colombian Cumbia, a dynamic stage presence and musical dexterity, he leaves audiences happy, excited and wanting more.

Celebrated for her vocal power and dynamic stage presence, Marta Elena is an accomplished composer, percussionist & bandleader. She belongs to the younger generation of Cuban musicians who honour their country’s Afro-Latin musical roots while seeking new expressions.
​Having toured internationally with the legendary Cuban group Anacaona and now based in Toronto, Canada, Marta has been invited to perform with many artist such as the Juno-winning Cuban jazz pianist Hilario Duran and Jane Brunette, she released her latest album in 2022
